Can somebody please tell me why this place is still being listed as a 3br? Doesn't SE check for this? I've seen it, and there's no way to configure this place as anything but a 1BR. A large 1BR, yes, but a 1BR nonetheless, trying to catch some naive buyer into paying a 4BR Tribeca price.
