Reselling with no Improvements

I've seen many sellers recently who are taking advantage of overall increase in market prices over the past two years (more recently than those who bought in the depths of the market). Some have made absolutely no changes to the apartments, but are asking crazy premiums to their purchase prices. Has anyone else seen particularly egregious examples of this they'd like to share? I don't even think that you can describe this as flipping since there aren't material changes to the apartments beyond staging.
