Discussion about 71 Broadway at 71 Broadway in Financial District
Hi, This building offers renewal rates to its current tenants that are more expensive than the price offered to people on the street (offered a renewal increase of $240 per month, while the public could rent it at only $60 per month more than current rent). This is no way to treat your tenants. Avoid having this happen to you. Ridiculous
