The Wyoming: problems? 853 Seventh Avenue

Hi feel fine, this building has no issues, luxury doorman building with great pricing on beautiful and large apartments! Great management company!

The reviews on Yelp are decidedly mixed. If you look at the NYC Department of Buildings information website, it shows there were a total of 75 complaints (that was over time) and it appears there are 27 open violations. This seems like quite a few for a high rent building. There is no need to listen to my opinion. You can check for yourself.

Well, it now appears this building has a total of 83 complaints (again over time), 32 open violations, and a "Stop Work Order" by the city that was just issued.

Just 4 days ago on July 14, 2020, according to its website, the Dept of Buildings hit this building with another violation and $625 fine. The tenant alleged there was water damage in his apartment and alleged that he had complained to the landlord, but nothing was done. Here is what the D.O.B. inspector wrote:
