If Street Easy's staff is keeping a folder of the worst listings of the year, this one gets my vote. Not just for the pigsty pictures (the color is actually the least of the issues), but also for the embarrassingly clever text that tries to make an average Alphabet City share with a windowless bedroom and the $4500 broker fee sound like a real gem.
