Apartment turnover services?

I just moved to the suburbs of LI, and its time to put my 1bdr condo in DUMBO for sale. Anyone know of any apartment turnover service that will throw away and furniture/junk leftover, clean, paint the wall, polish the floors so the house will be in presentable shape for sale?

I googled up estate clearance and it seems like its more for cleaning up your dead grandma's hoarder apt. My apartment is not that complex, just needs to be made presentable for selling.

are you selling yourself or using a broker? if you're using a broker, he/she can probably recommend a service for you. or you could try posting on taskrabbit.com?
