Discussion about
Maybe I need a sanity check. It used to be when I looked at past sales I could also pull up the past listing, including the broker text, pics, maint, etc. That seems to be gone now. Or at least I cannot find a link to them. Am I missing something? Seeing past listings has been a hugely valuable tool for me for all sorts of reasons.

Just noticed this myself. They seem to have taken away the ability to pull up past listings that didn't result in a sale or rental. NOT A FAN! Really, REALLY reduces the site's usefulness as a research tool. Of course, their probably more interested in promoting active listings than providing a comprehensive database of historical listings for research purposes, but it's still an unwelcome, if not unexpected post-Zillow takeover, change...

Hello Streeteasy support.... YOU CAN NOT SEE THE LAST LISTING...It only takes you back to a page with no information aside from the building information. the last listing information is NOT available. I have been calling since 9:30. This information is very important. MORE important and VIABLE than making the "claim" link more visible. In addition, there is a greater work around to get to the transaction data, via the claim site.
