Question on Noise at 200 Riverside Boulevard

Hi all - I am about to rend a 1 bedroom on a high-ish floor (15+) at 200 Riverside Boulevard. Does anyone have thoughts on this building? I am primarily concerned about noise from above (hearing people walking). I lived in an apt. on Park (below GCS) and I could hear EVERYTHING coming from upstairs (even though they allegedly complied with the 80% carpet/rug rule). Any advice on noise would be appreciated. Thank you!
