This is NOT a 2 Bedroom!!!! This is a studio with a couple walls thrown up. Ridiculous.

The place is 512 ft², measured by standard condo method. The bedrooms are the legal minimum size.

It does seem crazy to pay Manhattan prices to live in Greenwood, but people do. Maybe this is intended for advocates of the tiny-house movement.
