Shift in listings?

Over the last few weeks, when I search new listings on nytimes, I have noticed more and more listings from buyer-side brokers (like NY City Group/Mark David/Anchor/NYLS, etc) who apparently troll for FSBO and new development listings, and fewer and fewer listings from seller-side brokers. Has anyone else noticed this? Any reason for the sudden shift? I'm hearing ad nauseum about increased inventory but I'm not seeing it reflected in new "real" (non-buyer-side broker) listings on nytimes.
