Discussion about 2586 Broadway in Upper West Side
Irrational and uncooperative (even by New York's abysmal standards) landlord. Building often without hot water or elevator. Very noisy intersection. On a positive side, very friendly staff.

i agree with albatross. moved out and never looked back.
