Discussion about 166 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill

Anyone out there with an opinion about this bldg. There was a 2 bedroom there on sale for more than 100 days and the price was lowered twice. Do you know any details about the finacial situation of the building. There is an assessment until 4Q 2008. Thanks .

Why so many apartments recently for sale in this building? Is this a land lease building?

Not a land-lease. It's been a condo since 1990.
