Discussion about Lincoln Towers at 180 West End Avenue in Lincoln Square
Can anyone comment on this building regarding noise from neighbors adjacent or from above? Also has anyone on the top (30th) floor experienced water damage around the windows? Has the building been cooperative about fixing the damage?
