Discussion about 101 Warren Street in Tribeca
I was trying to rent in this building and was told by an agent that some of the new owners have found out that they can not rent their condo out until they stay in it for a year. Has anyone ever heard of his happening. I was hoping to rent and then if possible buying in the building. The sponsor has said that they will not allow owners to rent their condo until they live in it for a set time. Any comments
