Discussion about 45 Tudor City Place in Turtle Bay
Does this building have AC? Some of these units have the boxes in the windows (can you put those in casement windows?) and I'm just curious. Thanks.

Building don´t have central AC but you can have AC in window or have it
installet "thru wall" in most units
and electricity is included in maintenance.

E.g., looking at two of the for-sale apartments, 1818 has through-wall, while 1611's bedroom photo shows how a steel-casement window can be ruined for window AC.
