Broker rip off over priced application fee

We are actually grad we get ripped off of just application fee which is 300 dollars, thank god! Building is 217 Thompson Street, broker is Town Residential. Be cautious before you applied to paid these scammer the overpriced application fee, they will raise the price after to a point you can't take, reject any negociation, and take away your application fee. The landlord had past experience ripping off tenant's prepaid rent. The tenant paid FULL YEAR up front, and landlord kicked him out of the building and kept the rest of the rent. They went to court for this.
