You cant do it yourself? The big box is 28x31 or 868sfl then subtract out the little box you don't have about 9x9, so you have about 785-790 s.f. total. This is a good not a great building. Biggest asset is it's in PS6 but most apartments in this building are 1BRs so less likely to have families. Roof deck is I am sure nice, but no retail rev so maintenance is high.
