Sale at 320 Riverside Drive #PHB

Reminds me of an outrageous "studio" at 1016 Fifth Avenue. The "bedroom" was in the bathroom! Looks similar to this. I can't find a second bedroom, however.

The light would be incredible but that just screams of needing blackout shades. I guess you could convert the 'solarium' to a 2nd bedroom but i'm confused by it too.

I can find bedrooms but I wish I were unable to find that bathroom.

The only "room" that can be closed off is the solarium, so the "bedroom" contains both a kitchen and a large bathtub -- but no place for a bed other than against a glass wall. Oh well, the maintenance is only $3K!

It is indeed similar to the Fifth Ave studio Riccardo mentions , but that space had a certain quirky charm and an intimate feel, and several places a daybed would fit. And the price was enticing.
