When is Streeteasy going to clamp down on listings that are .fake? They are misleading and can mislead people looking to buy or rent. Not to mention that it is illegal to do this.

Are you talking about listings already under contract but broker leaves up on streeteasy as available even when you select "not under contract" so they can fraudulently get fresh new client leads when buyers call to inquire about the listing? No sounds like you see another ethical value flushed down the toilet.

I'm talking about listings that have closed, many sometime ago, besides what you mention.
