Discussion about 41 West 96th Street in Upper West Side
Can anyone tell me anything about this building - looked at an apartment here and would like to make an offer but don't know too much about the immediate neighborhood.

I am not familiar with details of the building. In terms of neighborhood, the park access is obviously amazing. That area is in my view one of the best parts of Central Park. The Whole Foods shopping center is very convenient and now has a range of stores. The however is that it's got a different vibe from further south in the UWS, which you may know. You may want to walk all the way across 96th.
