Discussion about Allen House at 1231 Third Avenue in Lenox Hill
This building seems to have a decent amount of air rights but it is currently being renovated and doesn't seem to be going up at all. Anyone know why not?

Its development rights were sold a long time ago, apparently to that building to the north.
