50 Murray New Management is HORRIBLE

Just a public service announcement- the new management company at 50 Murray, Clipper Equity is an ABSOLUTE nightmare to work with. We have been residents of the building for 2 years and are leaving because they are terrible. The building is going down hill and the management literally treats residents so badly I can't believe anyone would stay! There is a massive amount of people leaving because of this.

I just checked the website for 50 Murray, and the lobby is fluorescent and apartments come with a basket full of green apples. So I can't imagine the validity of the complaint.
