How much would you expect to spend all-in (labor and materials) to replace hardwood floors in a 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 1,000 square feet will be replaced)? Planning to replace with middle of the line engineered or solid wood (i.e., a step or two above lumber liquidators but not going all out).
