I've had a view of the Empire State Building for 9 years now ... overrated.

Any one have expierence in total one bedroom renovation.New granite counters, new appliances, floor sanded, bathroom cabinets, painting. Am looking for one contractor to do all(as cheap as possible) apartmrnt is for rental investment.What do you think cost will be keeping in mind its not for me but tennants will rent.

I wonder if the city vs. river view is just a matter of preference. I'm thinking, though, that the river view is more protected, particularly if you're right on or near the river, whereas the city view could be compromised at any time. Fascinating query.

On Riverside Drive, the answer is river, and it isn't close. I have no idea about other areas/rivers.
