Have not seen any open house reports from you lately. Became addicted to them as my Monday morning read with my coffee at the office. Have you found your new place? Less eager to buy in today's market?

I've been swamped with family stuff, and the new listings on the UWS have mostly been pretty weak. I'll probably hit a few next Sunday.
