Good afternoon! A gentleman I know has been waiting for over 10 years, and looks like he will not purchase it. No idea. But can't blame him, after 10 years even household composition changes. Even job locations.

I don't understand the question. Mitchell-Lama buyers are "buyers".

Does your "friend" simply not want to buy now, or is he being denied?
