Does anyone know about how the shared terraces work at the Barbizon? One apt mentions shared terrace for only 4 th floor. Wondering how many apt that is and if you are able to mark off some space for yourself?

Each of the 14 fourth-floor units has what the condo declaration calls a "Proportionate allocated interest in 4th Floor Terrace."

On higher floors, terraces are plain "Individual Residential Limited Common Elements".

The offering plan or by-laws should say whether/how the fourth-floor setback is fenced.
