Closing fee

Does anyone know if there is a closing fee for a seller due at closing if there is no mortgage on the property? For this particular building I am told there is no transfer fee but a closing fee?? Thanks!

Your building may require you to pay a move-out fee, a fee to the management company, flip taxes, etc. You will also have to pay transfer taxes to the city and state.

There are still NYS and NYC "transfer taxes" or are you talking about a "flip tax"?
