Be careful about renting in this building. It is far from luxury and note that it was built in 2010 and everything is starting to break and it does not get fixed. In addition, the elevator is frequently broken and it can be difficult to navigate the narrow stairs. There is better value in other buildings or locations. It is also far from the subway.
