Discussion about
For a new building what's the typical timeframe by which a sponsor needs to complete an apartment's punchlist. Does this vary between superficial items (e.g. scratched flooring) vs. what could be considered more important such as a functioning dishwasher or toilet? I understand that some people in the building have been waiting 6 months for punchlist items to be resolved.
