NYC Buildings Comparable to 20 Pine?

I visited 20 pine this weekend and was extremely impressed with the design and amenities. I looked at a 670 sq ft studio for about $800k but it was unfortunately in contract by this morning. I've looked extensively within fidi and it seems most buildings with similar amenities are quite a bit more (1BR's for $1.1MM+) Can anyone suggest any other buildings in manhattan that may have what I'm looking for? Thanks!
