We looked at apartments in that building 2/2.5 years ago and really liked them. The draw back for us was the location based upon our jobs and social life; just too far north. 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths were selling for the price of a 1 bedroom/1 bath on the Upper East Side, so we were sorely tempted.
