LOL!!!! $800,000 for a 2-bedroom with the Metro-North and Amtrak storming by every 15 minutes is hilarious. This should go for about 675 max.

15C sold for $760,000 a couple of months ago. These people are adding 5% for negotiation, and a few thousand for the higher floor, and came up with an $800,000 ask. Makes sense to me.

I think that 760 was more of an anomaly. This will sit for a long, long time and go through several price cuts. Sit tight.
