Discussion about
Anybody upgrade their central AC from R22 to that new R410a? Any thoughts on how much that should/would costs? Anybody know reputable Air Conditioner repair company? My Central Air has fallen into pretty bad state, but it seems hard to get repair companies to come to Manhattan.

Arista installed the system in my place. They're stupidly expensive but at least they show up. Might be worth a call if you've hit a dead end.

Is there any urgency to going to R410a? Might be worth waiting until the fall when the urgent repair calls are no longer an issue and A/C companies are less busy.
