Discussion about
How do I locate the broker/realtor of a condo? All I know is the sales date and the condo address(street, street number, condo apt. number) Are there tools to do research on this site?

I only saw the sellers brokers listed. Sorry I wasn't specific. So can the buyers broker be found somewhere? Thanks in advance.

See the "CLAIM" button next to each of the building's past sales? The buyer's broker has to click that.

SE gets its closing info from the city, which doesn't know or care who the brokers were, so the buyer's broker has to claim the closing.

You could just ask the seller's broker who the buyer's broker was.

I always wondered about the Streeteasy"claim" process -- I've never "claimed" a listing where I was buyer's broker because I figure that if my clients want confidentiality (and most do) why should I give away data on their deal? That said, if you called me on a deal where I was seller's broker, I don't think I'd have any problem telling you who buyer's broker was.
