Discussion about 30 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square

This Coop seems to have extreme guest hosting policy - unless unit owner sleeps in the building tonight, guests are not allowed.

Not that unusual. Supposed to keep the AirBnB crowd out, among others. If you want to run your apartment as a hotel, or make some bucks off the 'sharing economy', look elsewhere.

I think it's great that the co-op has a tight guest policy to keep out the riff raff.
