As economists predict very soon (may be in a couple months) US economy will dive in hard long lasting (10-15 years, if not decades) extremely desperate crisis in comparison to which Great Depression will look like old fashion joke. And landlord will fight for such tenants because they will be only 100% reliable payers (because goverment will print as much money as necessary to cover all its social programs) - all other renters will be much much less reliable payers because of high and rising unemployment, banks/currency/mortgages/world economy etc. crisis. So, all bubbles will deflate, rent will decrease, and landlords will wee in their dreams old times when they could afford to refuse Section 8 program tenants. But smart landlords are already preparing for hard times and take Section 8 program tenants as many as possible. [less]
