Usually spaces can be sold only to an apartment owner in that building, but maybe there's a condo-garage somewhere.

That didn't paste correctly. Go to Recorded Sales, specifying Parking Spaces, the last year or so, and whichever neighborhoods you mean by North Brooklyn.

Problem is, you'll find that all those condos sell parking only to unit owners.

I remember reading about a parking-only co-op or condo in Park Slope or somewhere. Maybe there's another one.
