Bing & Bing were RE developers. When people say "Bing & Bing" they generally mean their 1920s buildings in the Village, E. 73rd between 3rd and 2nd, and the low East 50s around Beekman.

Usually good room sizes, fireplaces, bath for every bedroom, and very large closets. Targeted toward people who wanted to live "graciously", but didn't want a big apartment and staff. So small efficient kitchen, dining alcove rather than DR, etc.

Not all of them share what're thought of as Bing & Bing characteristics, but a lot of them do.

As do some buildings by other developers, built when they saw how well Bing & Bing buildings rented.

The Bing and Bing building at 302 West 12th street appears to be super desirable, and expensive, not just because of its location, but also because it is one of the few Bing and Bing condos.

Same goes for the sister building, 299 West 12th. Small apartments for breathtaking prices.
