Discussion about
My old lady friend wants to sell her building which she and her husband bought in 1986. They allowed a sister and children to move in. In that they don't have leases and rarely pay rent, will this make it MORE difficult to evict them if they decide not to leave?

There's an occasional tiny poster who can help on this eviction / SRO issue.

troll, how do you know the size of the poster to which you refer? Is it less than 24x36 inches, which is a widely used consumer format?

pnorthriver_1047023, what neighborhood is this in?

It's not always so easy to determine the physical size of a poster, but you can tell a lot about their ethics, intellect, and how they comport themselves.
