Discussion about The Sabrina I at 240 W 98th Street in Upper West Side
I west to see this building and had the feeling there are problems between the developer - who is converting it to a condo - and the tenants. Complaints regarding windows seemed evident. Can anyone provide more information? thanks DD

AHHH bad bad bad bad, i went there last week, do yourself a favor and move on. the developer is crazy and the tenants hate him, expect fighting and problems.

I would suggest you search for Sabrina in the "search discussions" function (to the right of this window). I recall previous threads on the Sabrina. Lots of issues with this conversion.

A board was just established for this building that will give you more insight into the building

It is a building with rent control / stabilized tenants. Of course the tenants hate the landlord. It is just a natural order of things in the NYC real estate world and I wouldn't read anything more into that.
