Note that this is not a "full service building" as stated in the description. There is no resident handy man and no night time porter. The super does not perform any repairs and all work must be contracted out to licensed and insured contractors (no handymen allowed). Most packages will not be accepted if they are in any way oversized (by weight or height) and porters are prohibited from helping residents lift packages into their apartments. Deliveries will not be brought up to apartments and residents are not permitted to bring large items into the building on their own- licensed, insured movers are needed for all deliveries that require more than one person to carry. The building has very strict rules on most things and provides very little in the way of services. There are 10 washing machines and 10 dryers (one on most floors) but no unit may have its own laundry facility so these common laundry units are usually full. There are very few common facilities- no gym, no lounge, no roof deck. There is storage available (but not to a renter or to any owner who is renting out his unit) and there is a bike room. [less]
