I hope the rendering is wrong but 2000 psf for an apartment with a kitchen that looks like a rental and the high maintenance fee...unbelieveable!

ok, the website boosts better pictures for the kitchen - http://www.akasuttonplace.com/new-york-city-condominium-residences.html. Looks like someone did not do a good job of uploading the correct pictures.
