Discussion about 150 East 27th Street in Kips Bay
What is up with this building? I've checked out a lot of past sale listings in this building. Significant number of them show a similar pattern of listing and delisting repeatedly in order to hide deals that fell through -I found this out by clicking status update marked in blue, which led me to previous listings that showed all the mess that the brokers tried to hide. I also noticed that a number of units that got sold came back on the market almost immediately, which is a very weird pattern as well.
