301 Saint Nicholas has bed bugs too!

You really are a fool if you move into this building. Bed bugs are definitely in our building -- we found them in our apartment (apt. 66 for anyone in the building who is curious). The super (who has since been terminated) and management refused to contract or pay for an extermination service so we paid one for ourselves, out of pocket, $600. They ignored all calls and letters we made to them about bed bugs being, as well as all of our requests to be reimbursed for the extermination services. I sure as hell know we didn't bring bed bugs into the building. This management is terrible! Don't do it! Don't move in here! My apartment, 66, is now back on the market. FYI -- we were paying $2,800 when we signed a lease a year ago. Not worth it!
