Discussion about 220 Manhattan Avenue #6L
Is there any way to know the turn over rate of the tenants in this building?

You could make yourself a spreadsheet of the 599 condo units, noting closed sales and rental listings for each one. That wouldn't include owners whose rental listings didn't show up on SE, e.g. because they found tenants by word of mouth, but would come pretty close in determining a turnover rate.

Why aren't you looking at PAST SALES and PAST RENTALS on the StreetEasy site for the building? There are 3 buildings in the complex. 220 isn't as popular because none of the apartments have Central Park views. I thought the rentals do come up because they have to meet Board approval.

Low turn-over. Good community.
