Hello! I have a wonderful home for sale in Westchester county. I would love to find a family, blended or extended to fill this wonderful 4br3.5ba (lives like 5br) home but I don't know where I can get this In front of the most people possible. I believe a Manhattanite would love the space (4300acres abutting) I have it FSBO right now and I understand that NYC doesnt have like a MLS so does anyone have any ideas for me?

Yes, get a real estate broker before you are sued for violating the fair housing act.

There are fake buyers out there called testers who try to catch people who use demographics in their sales efforts. They can tell any lie they want. JMHunt is right, this is serious. Go scrub all your FSBO ads for the word "family" or anything else demographic about people. It's not about people, it's about a building, period. Then call the biggest fanciest real estate brokerage in your town and sign their listing agreement.
