This broker is not above board. Though he (Douglas Keisler) says co broke welcome, he will ask the buyer to pay the broker's fee themselves. He has raised the price, despite asking for best and final from multiple interested parties. Comps in the area and the building are going for well less than his original asking price of $239k. Buyer beware!

He bought it himself, for $172,000, on 8/21.
