wow, this house is totally over priced! It was sold for 2.9M 3 years ago and now 12M.....really? Too much.

they spent a lot on restoration and its now a very different home BUT who spends $12m on a house where the kitchen is exposed to the formal living area like that.

These guys are going to be waiting for a while....a long while.

Yes, I'm sure they spent a lot on renovations...but that house is still not worth even close to 12M. Max 7-8M.
