Sale at 100 West 57th Street #10G

The land lease resets in 10 years, and the underlying land was just sold to a group of investors. The price for this apartment is nuts

I don't know....I usually like having a window in the living room. I'm funny that way.

The kitchen and bath locations did *not* get swapped. The newer floor plan is just rotated 180 degrees vs the old. They did manage to split the bathroom into the master/guest though. And chop up the living room...

Also notice showers only (no tub) in either bathroom, and the '2nd bedroom' is staged in the newest photos as an office.

That's a lot of money spent for a landlease building unit with known issues. Yikes.
